This is our Bagger Vibrator Feeder System.

• It can fill bags from 1 kg to 25 kg
• It has a feeding hopper
• The product is fed into the weigh hopper
• The operator presses the start pedal and the machine starts to fill the weighing hopper
• The big feeder tray and the small feeder tray work together
• As soon as the set weight is reached the big feeder will stop and the small feeder will dribble feed until the weight is reached and stop.
• The operator releases the product in the weigh hopper into the bag or it can be set on manual or automatic
• The machine does not clamp the bag the operator has to hold the bag
• It has an plc driven unit with vsd,s for speed control and has loadcell’s
• It requires Three Phase or Single Phase electricity
• It is also highly durable and economical
